Gluten Free Razzi-Blue Cookie Bar Kit

Description

Each kit includes one 8 OZ jar of jam and the necessary dry ingredients, which includes gluten free certified oat flour and oatmeal,  organic brown sugar, baking soda and salt to yield an 8 inch by 8 inch pan of mouth watering cookie.

Simply combine 4 oz of cold butter (or butter substitute, such as coconut oil, to the dry ingredients, press the majority of the cookie dough  into a parchment lined baking pan , spread several spoonful’s of jam evening on top and sprinkle the remaining cookie dough crumbs on top.  Lightly press and bake. Complete instructions are included on the back of the bag.
