Gluten Free Red Raspberry Brownie Kit

Description

Each kit includes one 8 oz.  jar of Solar Haven Farm Red Raspberry jam and the necessary dry ingredients, which includes gluten free certified oat flour, Peruvian organic fair trade Dutch Cocoa, organic fair trade sugar, baking powder and salt, to yield an 8 inch by 8 inch pan of mouth watering brownies.

Simply add 2 large eggs and 4 ounces of melted butter (or butter substitute, such as coconut oil, to the dry ingredients, spoon batter into a parchment lined baking pan , spoon several spoonful’s of jam on top and gently swirl jam into the batter leaving a marbled affect.  Complete instructions are included on the back of the bag.
